Together, we shape.The OpportunityYou will be part of the Finance Department of Worldline Spain being responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Treasury, TE, Tax.You will report to the Regional Accounting Director SE / MEA / APAC.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the local Accounting Operations team.Cooperate with the nearshore Global Functions Support team and provide support when needed.Finalise the Statutory Reporting for the three legal entities of the Group.Liaise with both internal and external auditors as main point of contact for audit plan and follow up of to-do list.Ensure the quality of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, with specific reference to intermediation accounting.Support the preparation of regulatory/statistical reporting.Analyse and document Balance-Sheet positions.Manage cash, working capital, bank guarantees and relationships with local banks.Cooperate with the local controlling team for the finalisation of the monthly closing reporting for Worldline Group.Provide timely support to the Consolidation team for any request for clarification regarding local accounting positions.Carry out the assigned Worldline Group Internal Control activities.Provide and review information required for Corporate Tax, VAT and other Tax submissions.Manage tax and VAT related queries with tax advisors.Support the Regional Accounting Director in the local implementation of group strategies.Ensure the local cost base of Accounting Operations is under control.Who Are We Looking ForYou have strong analytical and communication skills.You possess sophisticated skills in mathematics, accounting and finance.You have proficient English level.
