Multinational company.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Being the shared service center leader, provide leadership to a team, responsible for all accounting operations, audit, tax, and financial systems for the EMEA entities.Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for the EMEA entities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Own the processing of global accounts payable and expense reimbursement, and the EMEA payroll, general ledger accounting, indirect tax compliance, and statutory audit in a multi-currency environment.Relentlessly drive system optimization, process improvement standardization for efficiency and long-term scalability.Instil a performance-driven culture and promote transparency, and inclusiveness in the workplace.Support ad hoc projects, such as system implementation, MA due diligence and integration, and system and process improvement projects.Reporting to HQ.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.A strong people manager, with minimum of five years of people management experience.High proficiency in English and Spanish.Hands on, detail-oriented, organized and structured.Previous experience in SSC is highly appreciated.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Professional opportunities in an international environment.70.000€ - 80.000€ gross salary + bonus.2 days working at home.
