ACCOUNTING CLERK The Accounts clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time. He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contributes to the hotel's targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks.
Responsibilities: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated. Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time. Assist in cost control functions. Assist in Accounts receivables functions. Reconcile accounts to ensure analysis is in balance. Flexibility to perform accounts tasks as per the daily needs of the department. Proficiency in Excel and Word. What we offer: Substitution contract. Consecutive shifts of 8h.
