Find your place in finance on #TeamAmex.How will you make an impact in this role?Directly reporting to Controllership Manager, this position will be responsible for the financial integrity and administrative tasks for Spanish entities within the EMEA AMEX Group structure.Core responsibilities will include:USGAAP month-end close procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity for the Spanish entities Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.Managing regulatory safeguarding process.Extracting and providing key reports to the team such as TB, GL, Invoices reports, regulatory reports.Supporting controllership team key activities: updating closing templates, month-end closing analysis, calculating key metrics.Preferred Qualifications:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in both English and Spanish.Strong verbal and written communication skills required for both languages.High proficiency in MS-Office environment (compulsory experience in Excel and Essbase knowledge preferable).High capacity to adapt to changes and new processes taking ownership on them with a proactive approach.Being able to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and work through strict deadlines.ERP knowledge preferable (Oracle, HFM, Power BI).We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
