At SOTEC Consulting, we are looking for an Accounting & Billing Administrator to join our team in Madrid.
You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing all administrative and financial processes, working in an international and collaborative environment that offers growth opportunities and career development while contributing to the company's success.
The Daily Responsibilities include: Issuing, recording, and sending invoices to third parties.
Validating and verifying invoice records and processing payments.
Managing collections, payments, and treasury operations.
Overseeing suppliers and procurement, ensuring process quality and efficiency.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures.
Handling banking transactions and supporting the group's international operations.
Creating cash flow analyses, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Coordinating with external advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Supporting the Finance Department in strategic decision-making.
Documenting procedures, improving processes, and updating the company intranet.
Supervising external audits and assisting with reporting for other business areas.
Analyzing and monitoring reporting workflows within the organization.
Continuously interacting with all group subsidiaries.
Based on your experience, you can be entrusted with the management and leadership of a small team, including recruitment, goal-setting, supervision, training, reporting to General Management, expense optimization, and handling administrative tasks such as vacation approvals.
Your ideal profile ?
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
You have at least a B2 level of English On-site work at our Madrid office (Cuzco Metro).
