Accounting Assistant

Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby.We are currently looking for anAccounting Assistantto join the Corporate Finance area.• Day-to-day transactions• Posting of sales and purchase invoices• Accounting tasks in the treasury area (recording bank entries, interest, customer collections, supplier payments, credit cards, taxes, loans, etc.)• Bank reconciliations• Reconciliation and follow-up of collection management with customers.• Supplier reconciliation.• Reconciliation with the companies of the group (Cash Pooling).What are we looking for?• At least, equivalent to an FPI or FPII (accounting/administration area).• Excellent English both in oral and in writing. Any other language is valued.• High level of IT literacy (Navision, Dynamics) will be a plus.• Experience in similar position is an asset.We work in a hybrid mode, and the candidate is required to join the team at the office in Valencia, Spain on a weekly basis.We conduct ongoing interviews and would like you to apply as soon as possible.We look forward to receiving your application!Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services.
