Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentProcess month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsCoordinate and complete annual auditsMeet financial accounting objectivesAdditional duties as assignedGeneral Affairs Responsibilities:Coordinate and review all aspects of payrollProvide HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staffMaintain staff attendance records, working in coordination with the office: tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation and bereavement timeAssist Japanese staffBook rental cars, airplanes, and hotelsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience is required.At least basic knowledge of using formulas in Excel such as SUMIFCollege Graduate B.S.
