Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Meet financial accounting objectives
Additional duties as assigned
General Affairs Responsibilities:
Coordinate and review all aspects of payroll
Provide HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staff
Maintain staff attendance records, working in coordination with the office: tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation and bereavement time
Assist Japanese staff
Book rental cars, airplanes, and hotels
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience is required.
At least basic knowledge of using formulas in Excel such as SUMIF
College Graduate B.S. Accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
