Tasks The Accounting Assistant plays a pivotal role within Grupo La Familia, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of accounting and administrative tasks across two key entities: Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals.
This position directly supports the CEO, a co-founder of all Grupo La Familia companies, in various tasks and aims to standardize and maintain exceptional accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities Cascada Marbella: Take full responsibility for the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
Costa Rentals: Assist the Project Manager with tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and accounting responsibilities.
General: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in diverse areas, contributing to the efficiency and success of the organization.
Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration and accounting.
Skills: Must possess a vehicle, have excellent proficiency in Excel, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Qualities: The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, exceptionally organized, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly valued, though not mandatory.
