We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Accounting department reporting to the Head of Accounting and giving support to the whole Accounting Team.Main responsibilities: Accounting and administrative responsibilities:Reconciliation of vendor accountsAccounting ReportsIntercompany invoicingControl of expenses accountsControl of AccrualsSupport with external AuditsSupport with tax obligationsOther administrative tasksRequirements: Knowledge of accounting (Spanish accounting rules)Administrative knowledgeFluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)Office tools proficiency (mainly Excel)Strong problem solving and analytical skillsStudies in finance/accounting area or similarExperience using NAVISION or other accounting international systems is a plusDetermine the work priorities, take decisions and perform actions accordingly#J-18808-Ljbffr
