Accounting Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handling various accounting functions which include: Processing payments Monitoring the ledger of suppliers Preparing delivery receipts Handling petty cash fund Monitoring accounting operations Preparing and maintaining updated records of: Income and financial statements Balance sheets Punctuality and attendance Preparing payroll and payslips Ensuring the accuracy of every receipt Preparation of a series of vouchers and filing Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management, or BS Accounting Information System MS Office literate (MS Word, Excel, Docs, etc.) With or without experience; experience is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Good communication skills Ability to establish and build good working relationships with colleagues and customers Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php520.00 per day

Schedule: 8-hour shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
