Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a leading international professional services company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size).
Preparation, analysis, and review of the clients general accounting (suppliers, clients, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets).
Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client.
Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clients.
Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
Support the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes.
Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on their skills.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, economics.
At least 2 years working experience in accounting.
Knowledge of ERP and Excel.
Good oral and written communication in English.
Knowledge or experience in procurement will be positively valued.
