Accounting Assistant - Bookkeeper (Eureca)

As part of the implementation of the Carrefour European Purchasing Group, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant in our Accounting and Treasury Direction.Your mission will be:Record daily financial transactions, updating a general ledger and preparing trial balancesMantain and file requisite documents for taxation complianceCash Flow follow up and produce financial reportsGenerate invoices in case of being neccesaryYour tasks will be:Mantain records of financial transactions by posting and verifyingMantain subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactionsReconcile entries to balance related parties accountsTrack Cash FlowMantain a balanced general ledgerFollow up compliance with Spanish and other countries TAX authoritiesVerification of payment orders to suppliers, ensuring compliance of Croup's proceduresVerification of debit orders to related parties, ensuring compliance of Group's proceduresAssure compliance and help in internal and external audit proceduresBillingRequirements:Education: Business Adminsitration Community College (FP Spanish Programs).
