Accounting And General Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentProcess month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsCoordinate and complete annual auditsMeet financial accounting objectivesAdditional duties as assignedGeneral Affairs: Coordinate and review all aspects of payrollProvide HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staffMaintain staff attendance records, working in coordination with the office: tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation, and bereavement timeAssist Japanese staffBook rental cars, airplanes, and hotelsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications: Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience is requiredAt least basic knowledge of using formulas in Excel such as SUMIFCollege Graduate B.S. in AccountingJob Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation: Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience: Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
