Accounting And Finance Manager - Tech Manufacturing - Hybrid

Be part of a company that is growing really fast in a top tech environmentBuild up and bring in house the accounting and finance tasksInternational Tech ManufacturingReporting to the Global Head of Accounting, your main responsibilities will be:Oversee all accounting operations for the Spanish entity, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP as required.Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Lead local audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Manage preparation and submission of tax filings ensuring compliance with Spanish tax laws and regulations, including transfer pricing implementation and compliance, local VAT regulations and timely filing of VAT returns.Work with logistics team on compliance with local custom and export/import regulations.Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations, assisting in the management of banking relationships and financing arrangements.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, improving systems and work-flows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Partner with global finance teams to align accounting processes and reporting standards.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Spanish entity.Lead and mentor a small accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.High potential growthHybrid model#J-18808-Ljbffr
