Our approach is rooted in long-term partnerships with businesses and public authorities, and in the relentless pursuit of the safest and most innovative mobility solutions.Transdev España is actively looking for an Accounting and Administrative Manager (AAM) in Madrid.As a member of the Spanish team, the AAM will report directly to the Country CFO and functionally to the Group Financial Management.RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting & taxCoordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closures of the holding company.Coordinate and control country tax consolidation with local finance teams and HQ.Manage and monitor the accounting processes and current accounts of the holding company and other companies.Support the preparation of the holding company's annual budget and forecast phases and development projects, other operational activities directly linked to the holding company.Ensure and control the summary of country consolidations (holding and activities).Participate in the analysis of budget variances, profitability, and country cash position.AdministrativeProvide commercial and administrative support at Country CEO and Group level.Provide administrative support and coordination to local finance teams with suppliers, customers, expense notes, ticketing, and payroll processes.Provide administrative support to the Country bid team in tender projects.Monitor the implementation of administrative procedures at Country level.Manage and support relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders (financial, legal, tax).ComplianceImplement and monitor Transdev Group's ethics, compliance, and data protection procedures at Country level.Implement and monitor the company's Quality, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.Manage third-party control processes (KYC - Know your counterpart).Manage risk, fraud, and whistleblowing control processes.Manage revenue and money use control processes.Support in internal compliance improvement at Country level.Required Education and ExperienceRequired qualificationsMaster's degree in accounting, management, or finance.2-5 years of experience in a similar position and in a private business environment.Experience in a multi-site, geographically dispersed organization is a plus.SkillsExcellent MS Office suite skills.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.Advanced knowledge of international financial reporting standards and good understanding of financial IT systems is a plus.Experience in Business Development, including tenders, is a plus
