Accounting And Admin Staff

Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Process month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.Coordinate and complete annual audits.Meet financial accounting objectives.Additional duties as assigned.General Affairs:Coordinate and review all aspects of payroll.Provide HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staff.Maintain staff attendance records, tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation, and bereavement time.Assist Japanese staff.Book rental cars, airplanes, and hotels.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience is required.At least basic knowledge of using formulas in Excel such as SUMIF.College Graduate with a B.S. in Accounting.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
