Accounting And Admin Staff

¦ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department¦ Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc¦ Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements¦ Coordinate and complete annual audits¦ Meet financial accounting objectives¦ Additional duties as assigned
General Affairs¦ Coordinate and review all aspects of payroll¦ Provides HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staff¦ Maintain staff attendance records, working in coordination with the office: tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation and bereavement time¦ Assistant Japanese staff¦ Booking for rental car, airplane, and hotel¦ Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
¦ Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience are required.¦ At least basic knowledge of using Formula in Excel such as SUMIF¦ College Graduate B.S. Accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
