Description
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst with high level of French, being an enthusiastic person. You will be joining and international and dynamic company.Our client is a multinational in the retail/fashion sector with offices in Barcelona.As an Accounting Analyst you will:- You will accurately prepare and book monthly journal entries, including prepaids, accruals and investments- You will diligently prepare various balance sheet account reconciliations, obtain the necessary detailed transactions for theaccount and investigate and correct reconciling items- You will meticulously review account reconciliations submitted by various departments to ensure accuracy and correcting alldetected errors or omissions- You will utilize analytical review techniques when reviewing journal entries, account activity, and account reconciliations, toensure accurate reporting by identifying discrepancies or errors- You will manage the accounting for fixed assets, including but not limited to creating fixed assets in the sub ledger,calculating and applying depreciation, ensuring accuracy of the schedule and reconciling the fixed asset in progressaccount.- You will prepare bank account entries that are accurate and up to date.- You will methodically review accounts payable entries to ensure accuracy of reporting.- You will provide insight into process inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies- You will prepare various monthly financial reports and adhoc reports that support business decisions- You will support new projects that add value to the organization
Requirements
You are the perfect candidate if you have:- You have experience of 5 years minimum.- You have knowledge of the ERP : Microsoft Dynamics, SAP.- You have experience in Accounting booking entries, GL Accounting Reconciliation, bank entry- You have a high level of French (C1)- You have a high level of English (C1)
