We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about numbers and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial summaries.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
