On this occasion, we offer an indefinite vacancy of Accounting Specialist in the Claims & Underwriting area. What is the purpose/mission of the position? Within the transformation and digitalization process of the company, the Claims department is seeking an Accounting Specialist for both Life and Non-Life claims to: Control and analyze the external providers claim's management. Control and analyze the internal claim's management. Propose and implement process improvements. What are the tasks that you'll perform? Create and provide reports to monitor, control, and analyze provider's SLAs. Monitor suppliers KPIs: home assistance companies, external handling companies, insurance adjusters, service providers. Manage providers' invoicing: payments and pricing audits, reserves, monthly closing, provider invoicing, fraud detection, etc. Control of payments and reconciliations. Budget monitoring. Ensure compliance with payment commitments with third parties. Follow-up on overpayments and underpayments. Internal claims management: processing speed, quality service. Share and discuss information with providers. Analyze dashboard results with the Head of Claims. Identify and improve internal processes of the department and external processes of providers. The position will also include: Prepare and collaborate with Accounting in monthly closing procedures. Active participation in the development of new products or modification in existing ones. Assist with the internal and external audit process of claims. Collaborate with the Data team to create a unified database for the development of dashboards. What are we looking for? At least 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities. Office 365. Advanced knowledge of PowerBI. Power Automate knowledge will be valued. Advanced knowledge of Home Claims and companies that provide related services: home assistance, repairers, experts. Excellent communication with stakeholders.
