We are a highly ambitious and well-balanced start-up, backed by top national and international investors that have also participated in the growth of other success stories, such as Skype, Wallapop, Glovo, Wix, Idealista.What is our proposal?The Finance Team is mainly responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day records, and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounting Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team. This is a great role for someone who works collaboratively, is solution-oriented, and is excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesReview and verify the accuracy of invoice information to ensure the validity and matching of the transactions.Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Keep up to date the assets detail and monthly calculation and posting of the amortization.Keep up to date the payment forecast, making sure no invoice is paid after its deadline.Assist the accounting senior with the monthly banks, intercompany reconciliations, and tax fillings.Participate in continuous improvement processes through our ERP and integration.RequirementsAround 2 years of experience in general accounting.Able to work multitasks with tight deadlines and under pressure.Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (Plan General Contable Español).
