Who we are?
The Finance Team is the main responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounts Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team.
This is a great role for someone passionate about the accounts receivable area, solution-oriented, and excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast growth company.
What will you do?
Examine and validate invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in invoices with vendors.
Manage the accounting department's email inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication. Address inquiries and provide support related to accounting matters.
Review and monitor transactions made with corporate cards for compliance and accuracy. Follow up on and obtain any missing documentation required for transaction validation.
Review and validate employee expense reports to ensure they meet company policies and guidelines. Address any inconsistencies or missing information in the expense reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with invoice processing and validation.
5+ years of experience in an accounting role.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
Knowledge of Plan General Contable Español is a must.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus.
