Who we are? The Finance Team is responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounts Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team. This is a great role for someone passionate about the accounts receivable area, solution-oriented, and excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast growth company.
What will you do? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Validation and booking of invoices and payments to suppliers. Reconciliation and registration of intercompany transactions related to suppliers. Maintenance of supporting documentation for air supplier operations. Forecasting and control of weekly payments. Reviews and internal controls for taxes and accounting closures. Manage the area's email, ensuring timely and professional communication, addressing inquiries, and providing support on matters within the area's scope. Review and optimization of processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Familiarity with invoice processing and validation. 5+ years of experience in an accounting role. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Plan General Contable Español is a must. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
