The candidate will take part in the Finance Team, specifically with accounting, and will collaborate with all stakeholders within the company (Stores, Head Office, and Headquarters in Paris) in a dynamic environment. The candidate will report directly to the Accounting Manager.Duties:Archive sales documentation received from the stores (Spain and Portugal) and review that the information included is in line with Internal Control requirements.Follow up on sales documentation.Manage the generic email address of Mediterranean, where Spain and Portugal receive invoices from suppliers (invoice reception, communication with PO creators regarding invoice validation or workflow approval).Book invoices and other payables if any.Confirm bank transfers to the different stores daily.Create suppliers in ES10 and PT10 in SAP in collaboration with the departments and maintain a clean database.Communicate daily with El Corte Ingles stores providing the information needed for cash reconciliation.Assist with month-end close, monthly reports (Banco de España), and monthly bookings.Assist with month-end reporting with different packages to report sales, treasury, and balance sheet.Participate in the preparation of external audits.Perform any administrative tasks related to the accounting department.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in accounting or business administration (last year).Good computer skills, mainly in Excel.Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.Problem-solving skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.SAP knowledge would be a plus.Must have finished University/Master's Degree in the past 3 years.Eligible to sign a 'contrato de prácticas' for 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).#J-18808-Ljbffr
