From the CORPORATE business unit, we are looking for a Accounting & Administration Manager .
This figure must be located in our office in Barcelona .
What will your responsibilities be?
Responsibilities about Spanish companies, and soft affiliated companies currently: Portugal , France , Morocco & Greece : Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management and taxes.
Oversee, follow-up and support the financial audits with external auditors.
Manage and deliver, with the support of local advisors, financial statements for local authorities Manage relationship and negotiation with banks.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reports, to holding on time.
Manage technical accounting and taxes issues for compliance.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document, business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Oversees day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.

Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance, or related field A master would be appreciated Proven working experience as an Accounting & Administration Manager or Finance Manager.
At least 5 years' experience minimum Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP Advanced User (AX - Dynamics 365) Spanish and English (Upper B2 or C1).
A 3th language would be a plus (French, Portuguese, Greek...)
