ROLE PURPOSEThe Accountant position for Spain is responsible for all accounting operations of the company as well as taxation and reporting.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounts payable - invoices and contracts managementDocument based transactions processing to ERPDaily proceeds from customers reconciliationsDaily banks reconciliationsMonthly accounts reconciliations and closing (Payables, receivables, loans, fixed assets, other)Support in tax models preparationsSupport audit and management requestsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSKnowledge/Abilities:Accounting, finance and tax KnowledgeGeneral Math SkillsAbility to work independently and as a team member with good interpersonal skills.Skills:High attention to details and reconciliation abilityRespect strict deadlines and good in time managementAnalytical skillsProactivity, orientation to resultFull designated area responsibilityGood learning capabilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance required.Expectations:1-3 years of experience in accounting and taxationGood knowledge of ExcelExperience with any ERP (Oracle-Netsuite, etc)English IntermediateBENEFITSAttractive compensation.Health benefit.English/Spanish classesGymKitchen with free coffee and fruit each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Team building activities and work in an international and passionate environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
