Accountant & Tax Manager -ES Madrid Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES At Auxadi, we are looking for an Accountant and Tax Manager to join our international team in our Madrid offices.
What will my functions be?
Project Management: Responsible for delivery planning and economic project management.
KPIs monitoring.
Compliance with all legal documentation (AML, KYC).
Planning: Responsible for the detailed planning of the projects.
Project planning monitoring.
Automation: Keep track of all automation initiatives in the Firm.
Enforce their application.
People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team.
Develop and retain individuals identified as talent.
Prepare performance reviews.
Act as technical reference for your team.
Work supervision and deliverable monitoring.
Business Development: Detect new business opportunities to increase portfolio (cartera).
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting/tax outsourcing services or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, regulations, and standards.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Highly results-oriented.
Proficiency in Business Central.
Proficiency in accounting/tax software and financial management tools.
Technological proficiency.
