.Job Description As an Accountant Specialist, you will work as part of the Accounts Team, responsible for ensuring day-to-day accounting and controls, preparation of monthly management accounts, and successful completion of various month-end tasks.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant Specialist to oversee accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Accountant Specialist Responsibilities: Keep the books correct, ensuring quality, up-to-date records in compliance with laws.
Ensure routines are followed and that the books are closed on time.
Have well knowledge of local tax regulations and analyze the taxation of various scenarios in our business.
Combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Collaborate and/or manage a team of accountants.
Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks.
Participate in the budgeting process of some company items.
Analyze figures and ensure the best forecasts.
Conduct quarterly reviews and corrections of possible deviations.
Participate in the reporting process to the parent company.
Ensure that taxes are made in accordance with local regulations and conduct good tax planning.
Maintain routines for fixed asset bookings and depreciation calculations.
Guarantee accuracy in all processes, calculations, and bookings.
Participate in global projects and coordinate activities between local and global teams.
Prepare statutory reporting and statistics.
Analyze key financial data and create charts and graphs for visual understanding.
Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise and investigate accounting irregularities.
Prepare monthly and yearly cut, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and analyze expenses against forecasts.
Attend to the needs of both internal and external audits.
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Collaborate with other countries as required.
Your Skills: University degree or higher education within Business Administration (or similar).
Good knowledge of Excel and SAP.
Both written and oral English skills are mandatory.
5 years of experience within Accounting or Audit in a similar role with good knowledge of local legal requirements.
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
Drive towards goals and initiative, willingness to learn.
Ability to cope with a high workload, planning & organizing, delegating, and leadership.
