We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate sector. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate accounting, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes specific to the real estate industry.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the company's assets.General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate entries related to property revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the invoicing process, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist during internal and external audits.Fixed Assets: Track and record fixed asset acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals, ensuring accurate property asset registers.Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.Liaison with Property Management: Work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial reporting and to support operational decision-making.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is a plus.Knowledge of real estate accounting, including lease accounting, property tax regulations, and fixed asset management is a plus.Proficient in accounting software (Netsuite) is a plus.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusSalary 30.000,00€ - 32.000,00€ GYS
