You will be responsible for ensuring: Receipt and booking of invoices: Upload invoices (to AMBUY) and guarantee the invoice approval by the appointed person. After approval, booking of invoices.Accruals: Analysis, control, and updating of expenses accruals.Monthly reporting: Effective communication with operations department.Reconcile and analyze balance: Analysis and reconciliation of vendor balances to book costs on a timely basis.Payments to suppliers: Advise about the payments to be made by sending supplier payment files to Treasury, following the payment policies established by the company.
