We are looking for an Accountant for one of our clients, a leading company in the Digital and Technological industry.
The candidate, will support the Facilities department in the following: - Creation of new accounts.
- PO and budget management.
- Supervision and control of invoicing.
- Coordinating team meetings and maintaining notes.
- Ordering supplies for monthly needs and product launches.
- Management of the office structure (free working spots, meeting rooms, parking...) - Managing invoicing for cleaning, reception, and mailroom services.
- Setting up new suppliers.
- Help in accountancy and financial matters.
We need the candidates to demonstrate knowledge of tools needed for data entry and to use this knowledge to perform general transaction processing.
Requirements: ? University degree in Economics, BA or similar.
? 3+ years' experience within a multinational company is preferred.
? Experience working with financial processes and administrations.
? Experience within the hospitality, real estate or facilities management industry is preferred.
? Proficiency English level mandatory.
