Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and (consolidated) annual accounts to keep our financials in top shape. Audit Assistance: Work closely with auditors to ensure smooth and accurate client account audits. End-to-End Booking: Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes efficiently. Tax Preparation & Presentation: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparation and presentations. Transaction Posting: Accurately post all business transactions in the general ledger and sub-ledger. Client Communication: Engage with customers, accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers, and investment managers to ensure seamless financial operations. Financial Administration: Set up and maintain robust financial administrations. Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Job requirements What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics. International Experience: At least 3 years of invaluable international working experience. Real Estate Accounting: Knowledge/experience in Real Estate accounting is highly appreciated. Expertise in Spanish GAAP/IFRS: Strong understanding and application of Spanish GAAP/IFRS. Software Skills: Familiarity with A3 software is a plus. Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a global context. Pressure Handling: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility. Proactive Attitude: A hands-on, can-do mentality that brings positive energy to the team.
