Accountant

Group-IPS, a multinational company specified on strategic consultancy, Engineering and Project Management. Group-IPS brings 30 years of expertise in different industrial sectors to mid- and large-scale projects. We are looking for a new team member for Finance & Accounting processing functions at our office in Madrid. Your main responsibilities:
- Revision of the Financial statements and delivery of information for Consolidation at Group IPS.
- Receipt of all those documents with accounting and tax implications.
- Accounts Receivable & Payables: manage the ERP, create purchase/orders in the system with traceability, organization and processing o the subcontracting payments.
- Treasury management: monitoring Bank reconciliations and balance accounts. Update and follow up invoice/PO delivery.
- Cash Flow Balance: invoicing file ad prevision table, follow-up.
- Payroll processing: Calculation, processing and preparation of payroll employee receipts and expenses for approval Corporate reporting P&L (Scorecard) and Tax Compliance would be a plus. Requirements More than 2/3 years experienced in Accounting Departments Experienced managing tools like ERP systems, accountancy tools.
