Accountant

Accountant (M/F) - Llagostera (Spain)This position reports directly to the Plant Director in Llagostera and in dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer.The Accountant will contribute to achieving the plant internal and external financial goals: update data in the accounting system, follow all accounting matters with the Plant Director, ensure the group reporting.This includes especially the main tasks and key responsibilities:Entry of invoices in the computer systemManage all documents in compliance with accounting standards and requirementsManage fixed assetsMonitor compliance with customer regulationsPrepare all payment documents of suppliersManage cash flowTrack accounts and remittance lines given by banksEnsure contacts with banks and public administrationsInform and request instructions from the Plant Director whenever necessaryDraw up balance sheets and official documents based on legal and Group obligationsEnsure the accounts are kept in Group GAAP according to the Group Accounting ManualManage the Group reporting and contribute to the Group consolidated accountsManage the Group reporting packageManage the waste generated according to the procedures of the environmental management systemQualifications :Good accounting levelPrevious experience in accounting in industry would be a plusAdvanced computer skills: word, excel and accounting softwareOrganized, autonomousSpanish mother tongue, Professional English proficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
