With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Accountant based in our Barcelona office. This position reports to the Senior Director Finance.Responsibilities:Booking AP/AR invoices – coordination with suppliers and other third parties.Prepare payments to suppliers.Perform administrative duties / responsible for the archive / multitasking.Bank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider.Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecast.AP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliation.Preparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT).Support in daily activities and Year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.Preparation and review of monthly closings.Accrual preparation and control.Travel expenses.Sox implementation.Required Skills:BA in Economics, Accounting.3-4 years' proven work experience in a similar role, valuing background in big 4 Audit firm.Experience in Oracle highly valued.High excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, sum.If, etc).Able to manage large volume of data.High level of English / Spanish.
