Job Description We are looking for an Accountant to be part of our Finance team for Southern Europe , based in Barcelona .
You will be managing the company's payable accounting and administrative processes to comply with legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.
Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable.
Accounting reports & checks.
Customers Master Data maintenance and control.
Internal invoicing.
Audit support.
Possibility of support on company monthly reporting.
Other support to finance team.
Requirements and Skills: Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.
Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.
MS Office advanced user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
Language skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an extra value).
Qualifications Degree in Accounting or related field.
We will also consider candidates coming from other studies if strong accountancy subjects are included in their educational curriculum.
3 years of accounting experience.
Additional Information Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.
Home office 2 days per week.
