About the positionResponsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations, including traditional accounts and cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date financial data. Manage invoicing, from issuing invoices to tracking payments and resolving discrepancies, ensuring timely billing and accurate records. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring all accounts are reconciled on time and compliant with accounting standards. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, tracking, recording, and reconciling payments while following up on outstanding balances. Manage amortisation and asset activation, ensuring proper accounting and depreciation in line with financial guidelines. Handle payroll accounting, ensuring accurate salaries, benefits, and deductions, compliant with internal policies. Report on missing invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies for accurate financial data. About you Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Passion for video games and gaming technology. Nice to have: Interest in the cryptocurrency market. Power BI basic knowledge Experience in SAGE ERP.
