With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Accountant based in our Barcelona office. This position reports to the Senior Director Finance.Responsibilities:Booking AP/AR invoices - coordination with suppliers and other third partiesPrepare payments to suppliersPerform administrative duties / responsible of the archive / multitaskingBank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider. Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecastAP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliationPreparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT)Support in daily activities and Year-end audit and preparation of statutory accountsPreparation and review of monthly closingsAccrual preparation and controlTravel expensesSox implementationRequired Skills:BA in Economics, Accounting3-4 years' proven work experience in a similar role, will value background in big 4 Audit firmExperience in Oracle highly valuedHigh excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, sum.If, etc) Able to manage large volume of dataHigh level of English / Spanish.
