If you have experience within Financial Operations, we are keen to find an Accountant to join the team in Madrid. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be involved in month-end activities including developing, preparing, and completing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring reconciling transactions are cleared on time. This will include fixed assets, leases, payroll, VAT, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts. You will carry out data analysis to understand root causes of reconciling items and take that information to form process improvements and recommendations. Alongside this, you will support the business with various initiatives relating to our global growth plans, including the launch of new products and integration of new systems and processes.
What will you need?You will be a qualified accountant who has an understanding of financial processes, is detail-oriented, and a team player who is also capable of working on their own initiative. You should have experience in either Financial or Professional Services.
