We are excited to announce an opening for an Accounting Manager who can join our team remotely or in a ground-based role in Ibiza.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including invoicing, managing incoming and outgoing payments, and handling monthly and quarterly closings.Keeping track of all financial movements both incoming and outgoing.Gather and manage VAT-related records, ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of declarations.Prepare budgets, invoices and bills, assisting with reviewing expenses against budgets.Additional Responsibilities for On-Ground Accountant: Support with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as requested by supervisors.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.Strong understanding of Spanish tax regulations and compliance.Proficiency with accounting software.Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.To Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to ******Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustriesHospitality
