Tropicfeel's culture embraces diversity and rewards.RolesBe the owner of the company accounts and fiscal declarations based on the internalization of both through ERP.Ensure that financial reporting requirements to Tropicfeel and internal deadlines and criteria are met.Support the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and supporting analyses.ResponsibilitiesAccounting all the company invoices related to suppliers (purchase of finish good, services, etc.
).Bank reconciliation.Account and clean all the open transactions with the banks.Accounting all the expenses notes that come from our employees.Account correctly all the invoices that have to be as CAPEX & the correct amortization and depreciation.Account the monthly salaries by departments.Monitor monthly closings with the correct Accruals & Provisions.Monitor and track all the Fiscal declarations (VAT, IRPF, SS).Review that the Fiscal reports generated by our external advisors are aligned with our accounting system.Give support to the department in order to achieve the deadlines of the Audit, providing all the necessary documentation.ERP key user.
Create and maintain customers, suppliers and accounts (information and payment conditions).Generate the Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly reports needed for the analysis of the business.Skills & Background5-10 years of accounting experience.ERP usage/knowledge.Facility to identify and implement process improvements.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.It will be nice if you have accountability courses and or certifications (eg.
