You will join a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will be key to the proper management of the Company's accounting administration, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Your responsibilities: Management of the Company's general accounting, both in Spanish GAAP and IFRS.Reporting to Alpiq Group.Development and implementation of internal administrative and accounting procedures.Management of customer and supplier accounts.Management of the tax area.Treasury management (management and reconciliation of bank accounts, compliance and control of treasury policies, monitoring and control of treasury and treasury forecasting).Performing the monthly/annual closing of accounts and drawing up and formalizing the official books.Management and motivation of the team under his/her responsibility.Management of auditing processes.Your profile: Degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management or similar.At least 5 years in a similar position in an international company, preferably in a group of companies and within the energy sector.Experience in a matrix organisation.Experience in team management.Accounting knowledge of both IFRS and Spanish GAAP.Extensive experience with SAP and Excel.Knowledge of taxation.It would be nice-to-have knowledge of financial analysis and experience in auditing, preferably in Big Four.High level in English (C1).Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, always with critical thinking and results orientation.What we offer: Permanent full-time contract.Attractive social benefits such as:Restaurant ticket.National and international healthcare plan (Sanitas Mundi).Life Insurance.Accident Insurance.Pension plan.Flexible remuneration (transport ticket, childcare ticket and training).Possibility of working in hybrid mode (face-to-face and remote).Free beverages and fruits.Professional Development:Be part of a company that is committed to "secure base leadership".Onboarding adapted to each new employee, including a visit to the headquarters and to our power plants in Switzerland.Annual training plan adapted to your needs and to the company's strategy.Career opportunities.Location: Madrid city center.So, if you are passionate about the energy market and you are considering a change, do not hesitate to apply!
