Account Support Coordinator - French Speaking Can you ensure the end-to-end processes are executed in an efficient and effective way? We are a multicultural team working across Elsevier products and geographies. We are preparing and archiving the administrative workflow of the Sales Process for customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

About the Role You will be responsible for executing on contracting and sales support processes for both new, transactional and renewal sales. In addition to responding to customer queries regarding all processes.

Responsibilities Working collaboratively across a global team with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the end-to-end processes are executed efficiently for both Elsevier and the customer; Participating in the development and fulfilment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of Elsevier products; Evaluating contract compliance and advising others on contractual rights and obligations; Assisting in preparation of bids or requests for proposals (RFPs); Serving as the main contact for the customer regarding agreement status, invoicing, and subscription terms; Coordinating large complex deal alignment and efforts to facilitate discussions across various internal stakeholders; Processing and invoicing on time according to the defined targets of your team's assigned territories; Engaging stakeholders and participating in Projects and Continuous Improvement efforts. Requirements Have a secondary education from an accredited college or equivalent, with experience in Contract Administration, Sales Operations, or Order Management; Be fluent in English and French; Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills; Be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs; Display excellent organizational, analytical and contract drafting abilities; Have prior experience with Microsoft Office products; Have prior experience in the use of ERP tools like Salesforce.com or Siebel CRM; Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
