What You'll Do:As our Account Strategist Intern in Barcelona, you'll be key to retain and grow the wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo's products.
Every day, you will:
Monitor, optimize & report campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.Troubleshoot any client issue/bug on campaign: liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team.Help the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio.Perform admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.Contribute to the team's success by:
Improving tools and internal processes: participating in the creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks.Helping build case studies: collecting information and building customized case studies for clients.Who You Are:You have completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field.You possess business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.You can work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.You have analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.You possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors.You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.You have a passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.You have strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.You need to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
