What You'll Do:As our Account Strategist Intern, NO&BE, you'll be working to retain and grow the wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo's products.
Provide support on various types of clients by:Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agenciesSolving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to investigate possible issuesSupport clients in optimizing the look & feel of their creatives together with our Creative DesignersHelping the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolioPerforming admin tasks such as creating IOs and ticketsImproving tools and internal processes: you will contribute to the improvement of tools and processes to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities)Who You Are:Ideally you already completed an internship in sales and client service in a tech-related fieldBusiness sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is keyAbility to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environmentAnalytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation madeStrong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutorsBusiness level of English and ideally Dutch - both spoken and writtenPassion for media, internet trends and continual learningStrong knowledge of all core MS Office applicationsWhy would you be the right candidate?
