What You'll Do:
Manage a portfolio of Growth Accounts in Dutch and English. Provide top-level strategic account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with clients' stakeholders across all levels, including C-level. Educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across different channels (web, app, store) and inventory types (display, video). Monitor and optimize existing campaigns to improve performance and maximize revenue. Analyze performance metrics to identify personalized solutions and ensure client objectives are met. Collaborate with technical solutions, creative services, and data science teams for excellent client service. Plan, forecast, and negotiate yearly budgets, and up-sell Criteo's new solutions. Prepare and present personalized presentations as part of quarterly business meetings. Who You Are:
Relevant industry experience, preferably in ad tech or agency, with direct experience in Criteo's solutions. Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape, with experience in video/contextual advertising preferred. Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance. Solid track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong presentation and organization skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Great team player, who enjoys collaborating closely with different teams, both locally and remotely. Business proficient in German AND English, both spoken and written.
Italian is a plus. Based in Spain, ideally in Barcelona. Who We Are:
