Account Representative Team Leader (Global Inside Sales) The travel market never stands still.

What you will do: Ensure that partner hotels' product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to team to manage daily operations and provide onboarding for new hires.Connect work to contexts, lead by example, solve problems, coach to improve team members' skill sets, motivate team members to accomplish their goals, nurture team member strengths and identify areas for improvement, and represent and advocate for team needs.Manage the complex partners under the GIS portfolio in multiple geographies (5-10 accounts) with the aim of growing the business to the next Tier.
Duties include regular engagement and reviews with external partners to identify growth opportunities, accurately diagnose business needs, translate benefits into the partner's business language to prove value, and handle objections.Data analysis using Salesforce and other tools to generate reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy is always maintained.Lead general projects identified by the business like the API upgrade and E4P migration, providing reports on the overall performance of the project.Who you are: Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.Project management and data analysis knowledge to quantify performance and project results as well as analyze financial information such as return-on-investment.Account management ability to identify accounts that have the potential for growth and foster strong relationships with partners to proactively identify and assist with their business needs.Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs.Strong value-based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the partner's business language to prove value and handle objections.Ability to renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals for both Expedia and the partner.Proficiency in MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint, and project management software.1-2 years of people coaching experience.Excellent oral/written communication skills.Good sense of business acumen with experience in account support/client servicing in a B2B environment.Good organizational skill set and experience with Salesforce.Proven track record of effective operational delivery performance.2-5 years related industry experience and Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.English proficiency levels.
