Robinson is seeking an Account Representative to align with our European customers to meet their supply chain and logistics needs while delivering a wonderful customer experience at our Barcelona office.As an Account Representative, you'll manage a group of small- to mid-size accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with account leadership.
You'll be empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by bringing forth new services and expanding on existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, and maximizing profitability through the account's supply chain.We believe that in-person collaboration is key to driving innovation and achieving success.
In this role, you will work on-site with your peers five days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolioConsistently executing daily business (receiving orders, data entry, informing customers about shipment status, etc.
