La facturación de la empresa está por encima de los 100 millones, líder en su sector.Customer Service / Account ReceivableAn excellent opportunity as Account Receivable within the Customer Service team is available in Barcelona within a multinational in the luxury sector.Mission:The accounts receivables executive is in charge of booking the payments received from the customers. The role is managing and controlling the accounts receivables.Once a month we report the overdue debt and DSO results.Functions:Collection RequestPosting of payments receivedRun Schedule direct debit paymentClassify by type the payment documents receivedMatching payments with invoicesAnalyse among Subsidiary Interface Netting Dispute casesNetting Arbitrage and monthly reportTransfer generationReporting of ageing of the debt and DSOFactoringReview invoice documentsSpecial invoicing (fototeca, re-invoice, need to create orders)Education:Degree in Business Administration or similar.Experience:At least 1 year in a similar position.Languages:Native Spanish and English medium.Specific knowledge desired:OTC processesWarehouse and logistics processes.Skills:Excellent communication skills.Analytical skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to handle pressure and workload.Industry experience.This important multinational in the selective luxury sector offers a stable position in an excellent working environment.
